  • Gently tighten your abdomen by drawing your belly button towards your spine

  • You will feel a gentle stretch in your hip maintain the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds

Piriformis stretch

For piriformis stretch follow these steps

  • Lie on your back
  • Lift your knee upward and opposite to the opposite shoulder
  • Grab your knee and gently pull it until you feel a stretch in your hips and buttocks hold it for 15 to 30 secs 
  • Repeat it 5 times

Hip strengthening
