Dr. Christie Berger is a leading Physical Therapist in Las Vegas, Nevada that helps active adults and adolescents navigate their pain and injuries to return to sports, lifting, and their active lifestyle pain free. Christie believes that Physical Therapy should encompass a full body systems approach and should promote mobility, strength, and functional movement training to assure the success of returning you to your full active lifestyle without limitation.
As a competitive athlete for most of her life, Christie knows what it’s like to be injured or to not be performing at your optimal level. The empathy she has drives her desire to help you understand that you can bounce back, and improve your performance with the right care.
Christie went to school in Henderson, Nevada and has since treated athletes and active adults in Colorado and Oregon. She has experienced the profit centered care model of high volume physical therapy clinics, where the patient is not the focus. Christie is excited to break this unfortunate norm of physical therapy and to join the team at Optimize Physical Therapy and Performance to continue to provide high quality patient centered care.

George was the official Soft Tissue Therapist for the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2020 Season. George specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Biomechanics, and Corrective Exercise.
George has worked integratively with Dr. Zaki and Optimize during his time with The Las Vegas Raiders and saw the quality care the players were receiving, and the benefits they got from it on the field. George is now an integrated part of the Optimize team and offers mobile recovery.
As an athlete and weightlifter, George dealt with injuries like many of you. George dealt with a shoulder injury that left him concerned with his future as a therapist and athlete due to the subpar care he received.
