Procedure

  • To apply the tape to your foot you may need the help of a physical therapist or a friend.
  •  for applying the tape first of all keep your food in front of you and slightly flex your toes towards the journey
  • Apply left strip when your foot is in 75% to 100% stretch position secure the end of your strips 
  •  there must be no tension on the upper side of your foot it will be only on the lower side
  •  repeat this procedure two to three times and make sure that every new strip is slightly overlapping on the previous trips so that all the Middle arch is covered
  • In some cases, you can also use and I strip for your food

Precautions

It should be comfortable and should not be folded. The tape can be used for 3 to 5 days and after that, it may get wet and start to peel off on its own. You can remove it and can refresh the tape.
