Come to have your therapy

Glutes

  • Lay down on your back
  • Tighten your buttock muscles as much as you can
  •  Hold your muscle for 5 seconds and then relax

Heel Slide

  • Lay down on your back
  • Bend your knee by slowly sliding the heel of the surgical leg towards your buttock
  • Slide it back in the straight position
  • Repeat this process again

Short Arc Quad

  • Lay down on your back  with a rolled towel under your knee
  • Slowly straighten your knee.
  • Tighten your quad muscle on the top of your thigh hold this for 3 seconds and then relax

Straight Leg Raise

For this purpose

  • Raise your leg while lying on the back
  • Your leg as high as you can off the floor
  • The leg is in the air for 10 seconds and slowly lower it
  • Repeat this process 10 to 15 times

Hamstring strengthening

  • To do the exercise:
  • Lie down on your stomach
  • Raise your leg
  • Hold it for 5 seconds and slowly lowered down
